### **What You’ll Do:**
* Provide daily website maintenance and ensure uptime across platforms
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues (WordPress, plugins, page errors, loading speed, etc.)
* Collaborate with content and SEO teams to implement updates and technical improvements
* Monitor website performance and user experience
* Coordinate with developers for larger fixes or upgrades
* Maintain documentation of processes and issue resolutions
### **What We’re Looking For:**
* Proven experience in website or technical support (WordPress experience preferred)
* Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
* Familiarity with SEO tools and website analytics is a bonus
* Ability to work independently and respond promptly to issues
* Excellent time management and attention to detail
