Required Knowledge & Skills:
- Over 3 years of experience in multifamily housing leasing
- Competence in handling lease renewals and retaining residents
- Strong computer skills; proficient with software navigation
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Yardi software experience is preferred

- Must pass a credit review

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay $18 - $21 an hour DOE
- Fantastic commission potential: Up to $100 per renewal and $75 per rental with 468 market rate units!
- Annual reviews with potential raises up to 5% each year
