RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in managing Cab system & International Travel
• Handle cab booking/International Travel Requests
• Coordinate with higher management for their travel Shoud be proactive on emails
• Cab reconciliation
• Monthly connect with Cab & travel vendors to improve service level & ensure zero outstanding
• Maintain relationship with cab & travel vendors and ensure to minimize the escalations.
• Maintain all cab & travel related reports and share analysis
• Monitor travel team and regular connect with team
• Handle & oversee all travel services cab/air/hotel/travel insurance/visa bookings
• Identify improvement areas & should be a problem solver
• Should be able to manage deliverables at all time
• Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects and activities as and when required

REQUIREMENTS

• Open to work in shifts (24/7)
• Minimum qualification- Graduation
• Minimum 05yrs of experience in managing vendors & cab reconciliation
• Should have managed at least 4-5 cab vendors
• Should have managed Cab/International Travel/Hotel Vendors
• Proficient in excel (vlookup ,pivot), good written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Vendor billing, cab billing & reconciliation
• Willingness to learn, proactive, quick learner, take initiative and well organized
• Should have handled volumes in excess of 50-80 lac per month
