We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to join our dynamic IT team responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions that drive measurable business value. This role involves overseeing multiple technology projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement effective project management strategies.
Note: Salesforce experience is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with IT and business leaders on portfolio management activities.
Identify business improvement opportunities; support the development of business cases and project scopes.
Review project proposals/plans, assess timelines, resource needs, budgets, and procedural requirements.
Manage the full lifecycle of assigned IT systems/application development projects, including:
Developing work plans and recruiting or assigning project personnel.
Defining deliverables, milestones, and tasks.
Leading and motivating project teams through all phases.
Monitoring and adjusting schedules, resolving issues, and keeping projects on track.
Communicating project status and risks to IT and business leadership.
Escalate project concerns related to budget, timing, scope, or resources in a timely manner.
Deliver regular project status reports and portfolio summaries to stakeholders.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and implement quality improvement measures.
Foster creative problem-solving approaches and ensure high-quality project deliverables.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Master's degree in Business or Management preferred.
PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification strongly preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience managing IT projects.
Industry experience in tower operations, leasing, or real estate is a plus.
Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Proven ability to collaborate across departments and organizational levels.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
