A fast-growing real estate support team is looking for highly organized individuals to assist with remote property transaction coordination. Position Overview

As a Remote Real Estate Transactions Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include reviewing property agreements, tracking deal progress, and preparing assignment documentation for investor buyers. The entire process is streamlined, with templates and scripts available to guide every task.

This is not a phone-based position. All communication is handled digitally, using tools like email, shared folders, and spreadsheets. You’ll never be asked to make sales calls or meet with clients—your value lies in keeping the deal paperwork accurate, timely, and complete.

Key Responsibilities

Review signed property purchase agreements for accuracy and completeness

Track important deal information such as pricing, seller contact, and closing timelines

Organize contract folders in cloud-based systems using naming conventions and templates

Prepare assignment documentation based on completed seller contracts

Use written scripts to follow up with sellers or buyers to confirm document status

Submit completed packages to investor buyers via email or shared links

Maintain digital records of each transaction from intake to assignment

Archive completed deals and update internal tracking sheets

Basic familiarity with Google Docs, Sheets, or similar tools

Clear written communication skills

Ability to follow directions, checklists, and digital workflows

All training is provided. You’ll be guided through a complete system developed by a nationally recognized real estate investor featured on television. The training includes:

Walkthroughs of real estate contracts

Folder setup, document formatting, and version tracking

Templates for communication with sellers and buyers

Assignment agreement preparation and compliance steps

Deal pipeline tracking and performance tips

No license or prior real estate knowledge is required. The system is designed to help individuals succeed from day one, regardless of background.

Compensation

This is a project-based, performance-driven position. Compensation is paid per successfully completed transaction. Typical earnings range between $2,000 and $10,000 per processed deal, depending on volume, deal type, and timeline. There is no cap on how many contracts you can assist with—your income is determined by your throughput and consistency.
