A DAY IN THE LIFE As a People Operations Recruiter, you will act as a point person for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers in achieving our hiring goals. You will provide candidates with their first impression of the business. Your role will be critical in helping ensure our candidates have a positive interviewing experience. This position has tremendous potential for growth.
- Post and manage jobs on multiple career sites
- Source active and passive candidates
- Scheduling interviews and phone screens, working directly with candidates and hiring managers, and in some cases, arranging travel for visiting candidates
- Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
- Coordinating the post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials.
- Identifying opportunities for improving the candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
- Participate in planning recruiting strategy, including potential future openings and other high-level forecasting.
- Send a weekly update email to brand leadership outlining the week of screening calls, interviews, and offer letters sent and signed.
- Updating candidate records in recruiting systems
- Tracking recruiting activities and providing store staffing status updates to brand leadership
- Assisting the Field Recruiter in supporting GMs staffing their stores by coordinating GM schedules, communicating with applicants via text, and scheduling mass hiring events.
- Be proactive in helping store staff and provide interviews, job ads, and marketing support to District Managers and their stores.
- Participate in other field recruiting initiatives.
- Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
- Be an active and engaged participant at the table by bringing ideas, suggestions, and solutions.
Basic Qualifications - 1+ years of recruiting coordinator or HR experience
- Experience with Outlook Calendar, MS Word, Excel, and monday.com
