Salary range : $80,558 - $92,560
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

The Director of Rehab (DOR) will oversee the rehabilitation department, ensuring the highest quality of therapy services for residents in a skilled nursing setting. This leadership role involves managing therapists, coordinating patient care plans, and maintaining compliance with facility and regulatory standards. The DOR will drive program development, staff performance, and operational efficiency to enhance patient outcomes.

• Lead and manage the rehab department, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy staff.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and department budgeting to ensure operational efficiency.
• Monitor patient progress and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations.
• Provide mentorship, training, and performance evaluations for therapy staff.
• Serve as a liaison between the rehab department, facility administration, and external partners.

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a rehab or skilled nursing setting.
• Strong knowledge of therapy regulations, reimbursement, and documentation requirements.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
