Description:
We’re a fast-moving real estate tech startup creating a product demo video for our new platform that helps homeowners sell properties without traditional brokers — through a modern, AI-driven system.

We’re looking for 2–4 actors or models to appear in a short product explainer and lifestyle video (1–2 minutes). The tone is natural, confident, and professional — think startup commercial meets homeownership story.

Roles:

• Male and Female actors/models, age 20–40
• Must be comfortable speaking briefly on camera (no long scripts)
• Experience in lifestyle, startup, or commercial shoots preferred
• Shoot duration: ~2–4 hours
• Paid opportunity (rate discussed upon selection)

What to Expect:
You’ll portray users interacting with the platform and our company employees — browsing listings, reviewing offers, and using mobile/laptop interfaces — plus a few lifestyle shots (modern home setting, workspace, casual environment).
