As a key part of our clinic, you’ll work closely with physicians, advanced practice providers (APPs), and staff to coordinate patient care, manage scheduling, and assist with essential administrative functions. What You’ll Do:
Greet and assist patients and families with professionalism and compassion, both in person and over the phone.
Prepare and maintain patient charts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Schedule appointments and manage prior authorizations for imaging and procedures.
Act as a key point of contact between patients, providers, and insurance carriers.
Monitor and follow up on patient communications, voicemails, and medical records requests.
Support clinic operations by handling correspondence, processing disability forms, and coordinating documentation.

What We’re Looking For:
High School Diploma or equivalent (healthcare experience preferred, especially in orthopaedics)
Strong administrative and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, physicians, and staff
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
A compassionate, team-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a busy clinic setting
