Position: UI/UX Designer / Product Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer / Product Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles. In this role, you will work closely with our product and development teams to create intuitive and visually appealing designs for our digital products.
Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and user needs
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new features and products
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions
- Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly
- Ensure consistency and maintain brand identity across all digital products
- Conduct usability testing and make data-driven design decisions
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs that meet project deadlines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, User Experience Design, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in the sports industry
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of UI/UX design projects
- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
- Experience with user research and usability testing
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for sports and understanding of the sports industry is a plus
