We’re seeking a Spanish-speaking Sales & Marketing Assistant to support a top-performing mortgage team. In this role, you’ll help build relationships, promote our services, and support clients—especially those in the Spanish-speaking community. Responsibilities: Sales Support: • Reach out to real estate agents and referral partners • Schedule meetings and networking events • Help follow up with leads and clients to ensure consistent communication • Update and manage contacts in our CRM Marketing Support: • Assist with social media content and posting (Spanish and English) • Help prepare marketing materials (flyers, email campaigns, event announcements) • Support with planning and promoting local events, webinars, or homebuyer classes Admin Support: • Organize contact lists, email databases, and outreach tracking • Assist in coordinating communication between our team, clients, and partners • Prepare co-branded materials and event resources Qualifications: • Fluent in Spanish and English (required) • Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking to people from all walks of life • Self-motivated and able to manage your time independently • Organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail • Familiar with real estate or mortgages is a plus, but not required • Comfortable with social media and basic marketing tools • Able to work on-site in our Garden City office at least 15–25 hours/week About Company: We are proud to be one of the leading mortgage brokerages, licensed in multiple states, and laser-focused on delivering superior customer service and providing honest financial/mortgage advice.
