Position : Operations Assistant

Working Schedule : 9a-5p MST

Salary Range :LatAm $1,500-$1,600 | SA $1,400-$1,500 (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Assistant to support daily business operations. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks, coordination of processes, and ensuring smooth workflow across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Problem solving
• Manage inbox and calendar
• Drive process documentation and improvements
• Coordinate meetings and follow-ups
• Manage various projects and related research
• Assist in managing daily operations and workflow coordination.
• Maintain records, files, and databases with accuracy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience 
• Exceptional problem solving skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Google Productivity Suite (GMail, Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc) and other relevant tools.
• Proactive and takes initiative
• Excellent communication 
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
