Position Overview: ATC Healthcare Services is seeking a Medication Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in long-term care, home health, or assisted living settings, and will be responsible for the safe preparation and administration of medications under supervision. Responsibilities: * Administer medications accurately and in accordance with facility and state regulations * Monitor and document medication administration and resident responses * Maintain medication records and assist with reconciliation * Support nursing staff and assist residents with daily care needs * Work weekends and holidays as required Qualifications: * CPR and First Aid Certification * Medication Dispersal Certification (New Jersey) * 6 months or more of experience as a Medication Technician * Prior experience in long-term care, home health, or assisted living * Availability for weekends and holidays Certification Eligibility (as per NJDOH): * Must be currently certified in New Jersey as a Nurse Aide , Personal Care Assistant (PCA). * Must complete an NJDOH-approved Medication Aide training program.
