Duration: 13 Weeks (High Possibility of Extension)
Compensation: Up to $30 per hour
Job SummaryNavitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse for an exciting Travel and/or Local job in Rockwall, TX 75032 .
ResponsibilitiesPlan, implement, and document nursing care based on patient needs.
Conduct assessments and determine priorities for care.
Develop and coordinate individualized care plans.
Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage patient care.
Document care according to standards of practice, patient acuity, and clinical priorities.
Advocate for evidence-based practices and support their integration into care delivery.
Provide patient-centered care in alignment with professional nursing practice standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum of 2 years’ nursing experience .
Outpatient experience required .
Active LPN License .
Current AHA BLS Certification .
