Job Description

We are looking to add a Groundskeeper to our team. We are looking for someone who is able to work from 3:00pm - 11:00pm. Responsibilities:

• Maintain overall maintenance and upkeep of exterior grounds
• Achieve a clean, comfortable, presentable and positive guest experience
• Emptying trash containers
• Walking exterior of property picking up trash and debris
• Vacuum pool and hot tub
• Clean in and around front and rear fountains
• Power Washing
• Other minor tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required
• Previous experience a plus
• Valid Drivers License
