Role Description

This is a Part-Time on-site role for a Barista at Store #62192 located in Biloxi, MS. The Barista will be responsible for crafting and serving beverages and food items to customers while delivering exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include taking orders, operating the cash register, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the store, maintaing Customer Service Times, stocking inventory, delivering company actionables, and adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions
• Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in retail or food service is a plus
