Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up and personalized support.
Educate customers about insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based approach.
Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing goals.
Assist in the development and execution of a digital marketing strategy to promote the office.
Identify and participate in local community events to enhance our presence in the market.
Help manage the office website and social media content.
Maintain a strong work ethic, consistently striving for success and growth every day.

Requirements
A proven track record of meeting sales goals or quotas is preferred.
Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
People-oriented and customer-focused.
Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Skilled at multitasking and managing multiple priorities.
Current Property and Casualty license (required).
Ability to obtain Life and Health licenses.
