*** Negotiate and resove claims.
*** Maintain claim files.
*** Review medical bills and records.
*** Ensure compliance.
*** Oversee coordination of medical treatment.
*** Address medical and coverage questions as well as coordinate treatment with healthcare providers when appropriate.
