*MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH SHUTTERS, MOTORIZATION, BLINDS, AND SHADES*

Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with the sales consultant, office staff, and client to ensure proper installation.
• Complete daily installations of our full range of window treatment products, including shutters, blinds, and drapery.
• Program and troubleshoot motorized systems and controls for window treatment products.
• Utilize tech support to resolve issues with urgency, as needed on the job site.
• Ensure that all job-related garbage is properly disposed of post-installation.
• Complete product repairs in-shop as needed and as instructed.
• Must be able to maintain company-provided tools and company vehicle during installations.

Qualifications

• Must provide good customer service and be detail-oriented.
• Must not have lifting restrictions and be able to lift and carry boxes.
• Must be able to perform overhead work as it relates to window treatments removal and installation.
• Must be able to perform installations and removal of window treatment products at heights above 6 feet, including climbing ladders and scaffolds.
• Must be comfortable using hand tools: drill, saw, nail gun, tape measure, etc.
• Must be able to speak, write, and understand English. Or bilingual.
• Comfortable using Apple devices and applications.
• Solution-oriented with the ability to solve problems in the moment.
• Strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

COMPENSATION:

• Job Type: Full-time: 40 hours per week
• Pay: $18 - 30 Hourly (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE)
• Expected hours/schedule: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm weekdays (Monday-Friday). * No weekends .
