Lehman Website Design and Marketing is looking for a WFH Online Chat Agent to join our team. As a Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing online customer support through chat, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers via online chat to provide information and assist with inquiries
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively
- Provide product recommendations and upsell opportunities as appropriate
- Maintain a high level of customer service and positive customer interactions
- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Experience:
The ideal candidate will have up to 2 years of experience in a customer service or online chat support role.
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $34,000 per year
- Maximum Salary: $75,000 per year
