Primary Job Title: Welder/Fabricator.

Location: Grand Prairie, TX (South Dallas Area).

Contract Details:
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. Pay ranges from $20 to $22 per hour, depending on experience. The position follows a Monday-Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM schedule.

Job Summary:

VIP Staffing is seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team in Grand Prairie, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience with Mig and Flux Core welding techniques, as well as expertise in pipe or structural fabrication. This is a temp-to-hire role with opportunities for career advancement and benefits after 60 days.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacture and fabricate metal products such as fittings, pipes, and structural components.
• Perform Mig and Flux Core welding in a timely manner to meet production deadlines.
• Follow blueprints to ensure product specifications are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Ensure quality control by inspecting completed work for accuracy and durability.

Required Experience:

• 3+ years of experience with Mig and Flux Core welding.
• 3+ years of fabricating experience.
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Proven track record of good attendance and reliability.

Nice-to-Have Experience:

• Experience with both pipe and structural welding.
• Familiarity with manufacturing large metal products or custom fabrications.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in Mig and Flux Core welding techniques.
• Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet production deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in pipe welding or structural fabrication.
• Knowledge of metal finishing techniques.
