Position : Web / Graphic Designer

Working Schedule : 9:00am - 5:30pm PST

Salary Range : $2000-$2500/ Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

 

About the Role:

We’re seeking a talented and versatile Web/Graphic Designer to join our creative team. A senior-level, with ability to take on a leadership role and oversee the entire design process The ideal candidate is passionate about design, possesses a strong portfolio showcasing both web and print design capabilities, and is proficient in translating business needs into compelling, user-friendly, and aesthetically pleasing digital and physical assets.

Responsibilities

• Design and create engaging visual content for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, social media, and online advertisements.
• Develop and maintain visual consistency across all digital and print materials, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Design and prepare assets for print, including brochures, presentations, packaging, and internal documents.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and meet project goals.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to communicate design ideas and user experience concepts.
• Stay current with design trends, technology, and best practices in web and graphic design.
• Manage and prioritize multiple design projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide creative input and conceptualize new ideas for campaigns and product launches.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design and/or web design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in both web and print design projects.
• Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools
• Experience with UX/UI principles and creating responsive web designs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills .
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Preferred

• Knowledge in Figma and CRM
• Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and how design translates to web development
