Job Description

Creative Solutions Group is seeking a full-time skilled Warehouse / Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our dynamic team in our Maumee, OH facility. As part of the warehouse team, this person will be involved in all aspects of the shipping, receiving and warehousing process.

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklift and pallet jack to pull, organize or return products to warehouse inventory.
• Pull & prepare outbound shipments with accuracy & efficiency (including required documentation).
• Load and unload truck load shipments.
• Package and/or load products effectively and securely for shipment to avoid damage in transit.
• Prepare small package shipments.
• Accurately & effectively receive return shipments, inbound products and raw materials (including processing of all required documentation).
• Attend project and staff meetings as required.
• Maintain the organization of the warehouse areas.
• Track time spent on assignments for daily productivity reporting.
• All other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant warehouse / shipping & receiving experience.
• Ability to work in a team environment, building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
• Able to adapt, constructively respond to and prioritize assignments in a fast paced and changing environment.
• Able to effectively communicate and follow instructions in both verbal and written forms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic math and computer skills.
