Picker/Packer Job Duties:

Pick customer orders from pick ticket in refrigerated warehouse.
Replenish cases for pickers.
Regular lifting up to 35 lbs. moving full cases from pallets to pick lines.
Packer Job Duties -Make boxes and place dry ice and shipping material in boxes.
Work from a packing kiosk, place orders in boxes for shipment.
Checking for quality and accuracy before shipping to the customer
Mainline Packers assemble boxes, pack orders.
Follow warehouse policies and procedures
Meet accuracy standards with high attention to detail
Consistently meet high productivity standards
Able to work individually or in a team environment
Warehouse environment may be cold or hot
Everyone will be cross trained for all functions.

Minimum 6 months recent warehouse experience loading or unloading trucks or containers
Able to work 8, 10 or 12 hour shifts
Able to twist, lift, carry, push, pull products and lift up to 50 lbs.
Able to stand up, walk, bend for entire shift
Able to count accurately
Experience working with technology – RF scanners, warehouse computers
Able to follow written and verbal work instructions
