As Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you’ll play a critical role in delivering a world-class experience to our retailers, distributors, and beauty professionals. This role will also ensure a smooth flow of inventory, from receiving and storing to shipping and distribution, while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. You can also expect to:

  • Seamlessly manage inventory, from receiving and storing to shipping and distribution.
  • Identify, onboard, and grow business accounts through calls, emails, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong distributor partnerships, aligning on budgets, forecasts, and plans.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Demand Planning teams to anticipate market trends and volume changes.
  • Ensure launch dates and deliveries are consistent across all accounts.
  • Represent TGB at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events.
  • Implement Freight Shipping Program to service our fast-growing B&M accounts.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff while fostering a collaborative work environment to effectively meet and exceed Fulfillment SLAs.

About You:

You’re a dynamic, detail-oriented professional with a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. With at least 3 years of experience in warehouse management—ideally in CPGs or the beauty industry—you bring strong knowledge of inventory, supply chain processes, and a hands-on approach to leading teams. You’re comfortable navigating shipping systems like FedEx, USPS, and DHL, interpreting business regulations, and ensuring operations align with company protocols and applicable laws.

Here’s what else you’ll need:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent (required).
  • OSHA certification or the ability to complete OSHA training successfully.
  • Forklift certification or the ability to complete training and operate machinery safely.
  • Advanced working knowledge of shipping software and the ability to learn new integrations efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite; familiarity with Netsuite is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure.
