Job Description

We are looking for someone with an eye for detail and a knack for videography. This role is specifically for someone who is hands-on and equipped with shooting and editing content to perfection. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual who is confident working with stakeholders, proactively and independently, who has a strong eye for detail, storytelling and portraying brand messaging in a genuine and engaging manner. 

Responsibilities include videography and related production services for multimedia and communications products and tasks.

• Comprehend a variety of processes, methodologies, personnel, equipment and related requirements involved in planning and carrying out the steps necessary to produce audiovisual, multimedia and still photographic productions.
• Participate in concept and planning phases of still photo and video projects including script and storyboard development.
• Coordinate photography staff and equipment for all still photo and video shoots.
• Set up and operates all necessary equipment at shoot locations to satisfy the requirements of the defined shot list.
• Collaborate with other photography staff members at still photo and video shoots, providing direction on shot composition, camera positioning, lighting and sound.
• Provide direction to on-camera talent to ensure the best shot possible.
• Adeptly operate all video production equipment and software involved in production and post-production of video products.
• Provide input into the creative direction and execution of all still photo and video products.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years’ of experience in photography and videography
• Active Secret Clearance
• Knowledge of advanced visual arts methods, techniques and materials and ability to translate spoken or written descriptions of items
• Processes, issues, abstract concepts and ideas into visual media with or without the benefit of existing pictures, models or diagrams
• Comprehend subject matter nomenclature and terminology as applied to military topic areas.
• The ability to independently produce great creative content.
• Proven ability to manage time and multiple priorities while driving towards excellent results with a high level of attention to detail
• High level of communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with cross team collaboration.

Must be a US Citizen with an active Secret Clearance
