Job Description:
UPS is seeking a strategic, data-driven Director of Digital Marketing to lead our performance marketing efforts and drive scalable revenue growth for our B2B ancillary business units including insurance, risk & fraud, and digital supply chain orchestration. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, this high-impact role will develop and execute a global digital strategy across multiple products and customer segments. You will own the full performance marketing engine—overseeing paid media campaigns, optimizing the marketing funnel, and generating qualified leads to build a strong sales pipeline. Success in this role means translating strategy into measurable outcomes, continually refining our approach through data, and ensuring alignment across key functions including Sales, Product, and Sales Enablement.
The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing B2B marketing programs with a deep understanding of digital channels, audience targeting, and ROI optimization. You’re equally comfortable leading a team, managing agency partners, and getting hands-on with performance data to drive continuous improvement.
