We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated Remote Typist – Data Entry specialist to input, update, and maintain accurate data across various systems and documents. This role is fully remote and ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, have strong typing skills, and want a simple yet productive work-from-home opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter data accurately from source documents into digital systems.
  

• Review and verify data for completeness and correctness.
  

• Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, or client records.
  

• Organize and sort files electronically for easy access and retrieval.
  

• Follow data privacy and confidentiality policies.
  

• Communicate with the supervisor or team for clarification of information, when needed.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
  

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, or Google Docs.
  

• Good typing speed (recommended: 40+ WPM).
  

• Attention to detail and accuracy.
  

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  

• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
  

• Prior data entry or administrative experience is a plus but not required.
