A customer of Insight Global is seeking an experienced Travel Agent to join their Omaha-based team. This in-office role focuses on managing executive and owner travel, including family arrangements, with a strong emphasis on international itineraries. Responsibilities include booking flights (including NetJets), hotels, rental cars, and handling complex travel logistics. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in corporate travel, proficiency with the Sabre Reservation System, and familiarity with ARC reporting. Attention to detail and the ability to deliver exceptional service for high-level clients are essential. Skills and Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in travel planning or corporate travel
Proficiency with Sabre Reservation System
Knowledge of ARC reporting (preferred)
Ability to manage international travel itineraries
Skilled in booking tickets, rental cars, and hotels
Strong organizational and communication skills
Must work in-office (Omaha location)
