POSITION SUMMARY
(TABLE GAMES DEALER) Under general direction from the Table Games Supervisor, Pit Manager, and/or Director of Table Games Operations, promotes a positive customer experience by dealing Table Games to customers on assigned shift in a prompt, courteous and professional manner for blackjack. (TABLE GAMES SUPERVISOR) Under general supervision of the Pit Manager and/or Director of Table Games Operations, oversees the Table Games Dealers in blackjack, poker and roulette. Ensures the Table Games department operates in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures and functions are executed in a prompt, professional and courteous manner. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
(TABLE GAMES DEALER) High School Diploma or GED. Must pass math test. Six (6) months experience dealing blackjack, card games or Certificate in dealing preferred. Must meet all knowledge, skills and abilities. Must be twenty-one (21) years of age. No felony, theft or stealing convictions. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license. Navajo preference. (TABLE GAMES SUPERVISOR) High school diploma or GED plus three (3) years related gaming experience and one (1) year in a lead or supervisory capacity. Must meet all knowledge, skills and abilities. Must be twenty-one (21) years of age. No felony, theft or stealing convictions. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license. Navajo preference.
