Job Description

Major international financial institution seeks Bilingual Japanese Strategic Customer Support Administrator.

 

Summary

To maintain customer support services related to customer reports which include checking and creating customer reports and monitoring of data in order to improve quality of current services.

Assists and supports managers of the Strategic Customer Support Department by managing client service relationships for our existing major life insurance customers which includes participating in improving quality of current services and developing new services.

 

JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.      Prepares various kinds of reports and documents in accordance with the procedures and manuals and to perform reconciliation and checking process to maintain quality reporting services for the customer.

2.      Coordinates with other department s to provide customers with high quality services. Develops an understanding of operational workflows to accomplish this. Cooperate with appropriate staff of the Bank to provide good services with customers

3.      Maintains and organizes all the communication records with other departments , approval forms, and other documents as directed by the Manager.

4.      Assists in the Officer’s responsibilities during his/her absence

5.      Maintains to provide customers with high quality services in cooperation with staff in communicating with other departments .

6.      Must keep abreast of current market practices and our systems

7.      Performs all other duties as assigned by the Manager not only in existing functions but also other/additional functions necessitated by business expansion.

8.      Maintains and updates the procedure and checklists for the team processing in timely manner.

9.      Provides high quality work by ensuring accuracy and seeking to continuously improve our processes and platforms by embracing new and better ways of doing things

10.    Performs all duties as assigned by Management.

 

REQUIREMENTS.

1.      PC Skills in Japanese/English (MS Word, Excel, Microsoft Access preferred).

2.      Strong communication skills (verbal/written) in Japanese/English.

3.      Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent preferred.
