Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join a dynamic team! If you have 3+ years of full-cycle GL accounting experience and thrive in an environment where accuracy and organization are key, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You'll Do:

Collaborate with department heads to ensure the accuracy of all financial reporting activities.
Manage monthly journal entries and the monthly close process.
Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
Oversee fixed assets and depreciation calculations.
Assist with monthly balance sheets, cash management, and escheatment processes.
Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules in line with the monthly close schedule.
What We're Looking For:

A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
At least 3 years of full-cycle GL accounting experience.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (including VLOOKUP and pivot tables).
Familiarity with MS Dynamics or any large ERP system is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Additional Information:

This position offers a hybrid work schedule with 4 days remote and 1 day in the office (must be local to Orange County).
