Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.Experience with Earned Value Management and Microsoft ProjectExperience with best practices for project engineering and program executionExperience in managing multi-discipline programs across multiple locationsExperience in hardware/software integration programsExperience managing projects with budgets of $30M+Experience with Technical Supplier Management, Risk and Opportunity ManagementActive TS/SCI clearance is required Preferred Additional Skills:STEM degree requiredExperience with Agile PLM Experience leading Government Contract development programsExperience or knowledge of Government contract acquisition lifecycle a plusExperience with management of design to cost activities.Experience with program, pursuit and proposal activities.
