Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our remote team, providing teletherapy services to K-12 students across Georgia. In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students overcome speech and language challenges, all from the comfort of your home. You will assess, treat, and support students with a wide range of speech and language disorders, tailoring therapy to each student's individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough virtual assessments, screenings, and evaluations of students' speech and language skills.
Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals, ensuring they are personalized and aligned with each student's unique needs.
Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions through telepractice, using a variety of engaging tools and techniques.
Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure a holistic approach to student development and progress.
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in accordance with state regulations and school policies.
Stay up-to-date on best practices and innovations in teletherapy and speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Active and valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Georgia.
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
Experience in teletherapy is preferred but not required. Comfort with virtual tools and technology is essential.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills to thrive in a remote setting.
