Our caring and dedicated volunteers walk alongside riders during lessons, lead horses, or help with barn-related tasks.

Qualifications include:

Must be 14 years of age or older

No experience is necessary; training is provided

Commitment to volunteer each week for the length of a session, typically 2 hours per week for 10-12 weeks

Responsibilities include:

Assist with grooming and tacking

Assist with supporting the rider during mounting and dismounting

Walk next to the rider throughout the class

Help the rider follow directions given by the instructor

Assist with equine care after the lesson
