The Customer Success team plays a vital role in ensuring long-term customer retention and satisfaction. Within this team, the CSM acts as the frontline advocate and strategic partner, ensuring that customers achieve their goals while also contributing to the company’s growth through renewals and expansion opportunities.

What you'll be doing:

• Become the trusted advisor to a set of enterprise customers and their key stakeholders in the Americas region by aligning Camunda technology to their business strategy and goals
• Develop customer success plans outlining Customer’s KPIs, stakeholders, critical success factors, and product adoption plan
• Establish trust-based relationships with your customers throughout their journeys with Camunda and maximize the value from their investment
• Be a Customer Success Champion to evangelize customer-centricity within Camunda, thereby increasing retention outcomes, customer experience and loyalty
• Work closely with our Sales team on opportunities to grow your customers; develop the opportunities and leverage relationships and value measured as a trusted advisor
• Collaborate with Consulting, Support and Engineering teams through proactive engagement on product and support-related issues
• Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing teams to create programs on best practices, influence product roadmap discussions, and foster customer references

What you bring:

• Ability and/or willingness to use our product.
• Be Curious with our clients. Understand their needs and goals, and how we can best support them.
• Customer-centric mindset (external and internal) and an ability to hold value-based conversations with customers on how technology helps them succeed
• Comfortable holding conversations with IT colleagues/customers (understand technical jargon)
• Ability to identify and engage Executives and Business Decision Makers
• Ability to lead external and internal meetings; know how to handle off-script topics brought up by customers

Nice to haves:

• Strong Project Management Understanding. We’d like our CSM’s to understand what the client is experiencing as they work through implementation of our product.
• Strong understanding of high-level software development, open source, cloud computing, DevOps concepts, and trends in the process automation space
• Motivation to lead customer and project onboarding including capturing of data such as project use case, milestones, known risks and customer KPIs to allow proactive engagement with customers
• Ability to develop customer success plans outlining customers’ KPIs, customer stakeholders, critical success factors, and product adoption plan working closely with customers and colleagues in other roles
• Salesforce, Gainsight and/or customer portal experience

Compensation

For external hires, we consider the skills and experience of the incoming candidate, but typically place candidates in the first half of the range to ensure ample room for growth over the entire lifecycle of the role.

Below is the annual Total Target Cash Compensation (Total Cash) range for Camundi located in one of our entities. Total Cash refers to base salary and 100% attainment of variable target, where applicable. Actual Total Cash offered will depend on factors such as skills and qualifications related to the role. To comprise the Total Rewards package, Camunda also offers equity (where applicable) in the form of a Virtual Employee Stock Option Plan and benefits based on the country of residence.

The annual Total Cash range for this position for Camundi in our entities is as follows:

• United States: $133,300.00 to $199,900.00
• Germany: €88,700.00 to €133,000.00
• United Kingdom: £86,400.00 to £129,600.00
• Singapore: S$165,500.00 to S$248,300.00
