As a Senior Compensation Analyst you'll use your specialized skill set to lead the day-to-day administration of the company’s compensation programs. You’ll do this by performing job evaluations, equity studies, interfacing with leadership throughout the business regarding global leveling, market pricing, and job profile governance. The position supports the administration of hourly, salaried, and sales incentive plans.
