Description:

*LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY. Preferably Bay Area or Sacramento regions. The role is hybrid, onsite at OGO weekly or biweekly. At another location (Napa, San Ramon, Rocklin, West Sacramento) once a month for meetings, approximately.

RE: 25% Travel: While travel to other work sites will be uncommon, See above for four alternate locations this team normally conducts meetings.

Position will be supporting in organization of information/strategies, weekly reporting, visual management/Power BI, documentation of minutes, creation of PowerPoint slide decks, process flow development etc.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Performs analysis on complex data models requiring customized reports and data.
  • Develops new or revises existing data analysis to predict business outcomes selecting from various complex variables.
  • Develops and uses metrics to develop recommendations related to business strategy and operations. Presents findings and recommendations to leaders.
  • Manages small to mid-size projects.

Education Minimum:

  • Bachelor of Science in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related discipline or equivalent work experience required.

  • MBA or graduate degree
  • Experience Min: 4 years of related work experience

The Electric Operational Excellence (EOE) Team supports Electric Operations in the standardization of work and drive for continuous improvement. The EOE Team’s objective is to provide dedicated support for enterprise-wide initiatives and seek opportunities to improve our operations through process excellence. This includes supporting the Electric Ops transition to Propel Integration, maturing our Lean Management plays, continuously improving our Customer Experience, development of a People & Joy at Work strategy, and the facilitation of pilot initiatives to drive Process Improvement. The EOE team works cross-functionally to support our company stands, and to support Electric Operations team in delivering on our goals.

  • Pilot initiatives to improve customer experience through analytics driven initiatives to reduce the customer struggle, deliver for our hometowns, and ensure construction delivery is timely & consistent across all work types in Electric Operations
  • Strengthen Process Architecture in Electric Operations as a key enabler of quality, compliance, delivery, waste elimination, and oversight. Improve opportunities for standard work through maturity assessment, and completion of Lean Six Sigma Define & Measure phase documentation in EKP
  • Support future Propel Electric Operations design development through identification of impacted user groups, current state SAP use cases, and compilation of Propel Roadmap & SIPOC documentation for key functions
  • Improve Electric Operations’ Regional Service Model (RSM) Maturity score by implementing a tactical implementation plan to address gaps in current assessment maturity
  • Mature Lean operating culture and improve cross-functional operating reviews and problem-solving through development of a tactical implementation coaching plan & Go-and-Sees assessment
  • Create enterprise Electric communications strategy to drive employee engagement and feelings of being Known, Loved, and Proud
