Higgins Rd, Suite 630, Rosemont, IL - 60018** **MUST Bring to Interview:** + **Physical copy of a high school diploma or transcripts** + **A valid ID or DL** + **Active Perc Card (if applicable)** + **20 hr certificate (physical copy if applicable)** *if applicable means: have you ever had one, and is it active? We cannot interview with expired percs. If you never had one or a 20hr certificate we can help attain one* **If you have these handy please read below for the requirements:** + **Must be atleast 21 years of age or older** + **No visible tattoos or facial piercings** + **Must be ok with a yearly flu shot and have certain vaccines up to date like TB, Meassels, chickenpox etc** + **Must be ok working in a union site** + **Must be be in physical capacity to pass a physical fitness test** + **Must be in physical capacity to pass a Defenssive Tactics Class** **Physical Fitness test:** + You must continuously walk for 5 minutes at a pace of 4 miles per hour. + You must march in place for 60 seconds while holding **40% of your body weight.** + You must sprint from one side of a room to another 6 times in **less than 18 seconds.** + You must climb five full flights/floors of stairs in **less than 37 seconds.** As a Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more. **Responsibilities:** + Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities + Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner + Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site. **Minimum Requirements:** + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles + Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
