COAL FIRED PIZZA & PUB COMPANY LLC DBA STOKE COAL FIRE PIZZA & BAR IS SEEKING ONE (1) SECURITY MANAGER TO WORK AT ITS LOCATION IN EASTON, PENNSYLVANIA. THE SECURITY MANAGER WILL PERFORM THE FOLLOWING DUTIES:
MONITOR AND CONTROL ACCESS TO THE ESTABLISHMENT; CHECK IDS AND ENSURE THAT ALL PATRONS MEET AGE REQUIREMENTS; MAINTAIN ORDER AND ENFORCE RULES AND REGULATIONS; HANDLE DIFFICULT SITUATIONS WITH PROFESSIONALISM AND TACT; ESCORT UNRULY PATRONS OUT OF THE ESTABLISHMENT; HANDLE ALL CRIMINAL JUSTICE RELATED CONCERNS WITH LOCAL POLICE OFFICERS; COLLABORATE WITH OTHER STAFF MEMBERS TO ENSURE A SAFE AND ENJOYABLE ENVIRONMENT FOR ALL PATRONS; DRAFT, REVISE, AND IMPLEMENT ESTABLISHMENT RULES AND REGULATIONS TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH THE NATURE AND CHARACTER OF THE ESTABLISHMENT AS WELL AS LOCAL, REGIONAL, AND STATE LAWS; CONDUCT INTERNAL INVESTIGATIONS FOR ALL INCIDENTS WITHIN THE ESTABLISHMENT INVOLVING A POTENTIAL CRIME, A CRIME, A VIOLATION OF THE RULES AND/OR REGULATIONS OF THE ESTABLISHMENT, AND PATRON DISORDER WITHIN THE ESTABLISHMENT; APPEAR AS WITNESS WHEN CRIMINAL CHARGES AS A RESULT OF A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL LAW BECAUSE OF INCIDENTS WITHIN THE ESTABLISHMENT; DEVELOP STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES FOR ESTABLISHMENT SECURITY PROCESSES; CONDUCT INVESTIGATIONS OF INCIDENTS WHEN NECESSARY; DRAFT REPORTS OF ALL INCIDENTS FOR MANAGER REVIEW; SERVE AS THE FIRST POINT OF CONTACT FOR ANY LOCAL POLICE OFFICERS/DEPARTMENTS; REVIEW FOR COMPLIANCE WITH RELEVANT LIQUOR CONTROL REGULATIONS; CONDUCT TRAINING OF STAFF AND OTHER SECURITY TEAM MEMBERS AS TO THE STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES, PROCESS, AND POLICES RELATED TO THE OPERATION OF THE ESTABLISHMENT IN FULL COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL AND STATE LAW AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ESTABLISHMENT'S OWN PROCEDURES; AND OVERSEE/MANAGE ALL SECURITY GUARDS AND EQUIPMENT (SCHEDULING, REVIEWS, CORRECTIVE ACTIONS, OVERSITE). REQUIRES THE MINIMUM OF A BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN CRIMINAL JUSTICE, LAW ENFORCEMENT, SECURITY, OR SECURITY MANAGEMENT. THE FOREIGN EQUIVALENT OF ANY STATED DEGREES IS ACCEPTED.
