Job Summary The Scrum Master for the GSA project will facilitate Agile practices and ensure effective team collaboration to achieve project objectives. This role is crucial in guiding teams through the Scrum framework, promoting continuous improvement, and addressing any impediments that may hinder progress.
Key Responsibilities - Facilitate Agile ceremonies and practices, ensuring adherence to Agile development methods and frameworks.
- Implement and support Agile and Continuous Delivery practices that enhance scaling Agile within an enterprise environment, including frameworks like SAFe.
- Utilize Agile development frameworks to improve task estimation, test automation, deployment automation, and Continuous Integration, enhancing execution speed and product quality.
- Manage technology scope and risk, ensuring they align with project objectives and constraints.
- Oversee technical quality in deliverables through Agile processes, actively supporting continuous process improvements.
- Deliver agile software solutions by employing best practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Adaptable Software Design.
Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in project management, Computer Science, or a related field; Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred.
- Clearance Requirements: Must possess or be eligible for appropriate security clearances (Public Trust).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technology or federal environment, with a focus on Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in DevSecOps practices, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and familiarity with GSA standards.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to diverse audiences.

Target salary range: $100,000 - $120,000.
