Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager IV to lead and manage critical projects within the Digital Services domain. This role requires expertise in project delivery, Scrum methodologies, and project management, with a focus on application/web and contact center chatbot development. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery of payments-related initiatives, including payment gateways, fraud prevention, refunds, and multi-channel payment solution integrations.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement payment integrations for multiple sales channels, including contact centers.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Prepare reports for upper management regarding project status.
• Track project performance to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and documentation, including spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps.
• Attend conferences and training to maintain proficiency.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related discipline.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Proven working experience in project management, with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
• Strong expertise in Scrum methodologies and Agile sprint planning.
• Proficiency in tools such as Smartsheet and JIRA.
• Experience in application/web and contact center chatbot development project management.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

Pay Range: $70 - $75

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
