Job Description

Scheduler

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for the effective and efficient scheduling of clinician visits to patient homes

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Use database (HCHB) to create weekly clinician schedules with patients
  • Provide administrative support including word processing and typing, composing and proofreading correspondence, indexing and filing documents
  • Answer inquiries and take concise phone messages
  • Compile information and type reports from data and existing records

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of one year of administrative experience in a professional office environment preferred
  • Homecare Homebase (HCHB PointCare) EMR experience preferred
  • Home Health scheduling experience
