SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Job Summary:                                                    
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to support the ongoing implementation and administration of SAP SuccessFactors across our organization.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in core SAP SuccessFactors functions including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Time Off, and ESS/MSS
The ideal candidate is someone who can dive into the system, work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners, and ensure we meet key milestones with a high level of quality and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on support across SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Time Off).
  • Maintain and administer the existing configuration, validating changes and ensuring continuity as additional modules go live.
  • Collaborate with internal HR, IT, and business stakeholders to confirm requirements, validate functionality, and support user adoption.
  • Partner with our implementation vendor to validate system build, identify gaps, and drive decisions.
  • Help prepare end-user training materials, job aids, and documentation.
  • Provide post-go-live support, working with stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and user satisfaction.
Qualifications Required:
  • 3–7 years of experience as an SAP HCM or SuccessFactors Consultant.
  • Hands-on experience with at least two SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and system-based configuration.
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors reporting tools (Story Reports, Ad Hoc) and access permissions/role-based permissions (RBP).
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) in relevant module(s).
  • Background in HR, People Operations, or Organizational Development.
  • Experience working with implementation partners and in-flight deployment projects.
