Job Summary SAP Integration Consultant (Factorylogix MES) Aerospace Manufacturing
- Lead the integration of SAP ECC 6.0 with Factorylogix MES for an aerospace manufacturing client.
- Design and map XML-based data flows between Factorylogix MES and SAP ECC schemas.
- Define and implement integration solutions for Material Master, BOMs, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, Inventory Updates, and Work Orders.
- Enable/support serialization tracking for aerospace deliverables.
- Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to gather integration requirements and ensure successful implementation.
- Provide clear documentation and support for remote testing and configuration activities.
- Serve as an external subject matter expert to fill knowledge gaps for the client's internal IT and MES teams.
- Utilize strong skills in SAP ECC (MM, PP, WM, etc.), XML, IDoc, flat-file interfaces, and MES integrations, especially with Factorylogix.
- Apply experience working in regulated manufacturing environments such as Aerospace, Automotive, or Defense.
- Leverage prior experience with SAP PI/PO or CPI, as well as Hyper-V SAP landscapes.
- Work remotely on EST hours; US citizenship required.
Key Requirements:
- 8+ years' SAP ECC experience, including MM, PP, WM modules.
- Proven experience with at least 2 successful Factorylogix MES integrations.
- Strong technical knowledge of XML, IDoc, and flat-file interfaces.
- Familiarity with Factorylogix MES structure, templates, and data flows.
- Background in Aerospace or other regulated manufacturing environments.
- Experience with SAP PI/PO or CPI and Hyper-V SAP landscapes.
- Ability to provide clear, quantifiable project experience and references.
