RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Center Manager, you're responsible for creating an inviting, memorable guest experience that keeps our guests coming back. You lead by example, cultivating a high-performing team and positive work environment.

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by creating a welcoming environment and fostering guest loyalty.
• Take ownership and accountability for creating a positive work environment.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team aligned with EWC's values and goals.
• Drive business performance by setting and achieving daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets.
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance management, including one-on-one coaching, bi-weekly team meetings, improvement plans, and performance reviews.
• Clearly communicate center initiatives, goals, and updates to all team members.
• Monitor and manage KPIs, holding team members accountable for results.
• Ensure compliance with all Minnesota State Board of Cosmetology laws & rules.
• Oversee staffing coverage, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Handle guest and team concerns gracefully while providing leadership and support.
• Lead by example by working at the front desk regularly and building relationships with our guests.
• Be available for time-sensitive team needs outside standard working hours when necessary.
• Delegate tasks effectively to maximize productivity and team development.
• Promote and maintain a positive, productive work environment that reduces turnover.
• Fill in as a Guest Service Associate when needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
