About the Role:
Cross Insurance is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant to lead the unification of data from three disparate systems, enabling enhanced data analysis and reporting. This role requires a consultant with deep expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud development, strong query writing abilities, and experience in complex data merging scenarios.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement data unification strategies within Salesforce Data Cloud to merge data from three distinct systems.
- Develop and execute complex queries and data transformations to ensure accurate and efficient data integration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective Data Cloud solutions.
- Configure and optimize Salesforce Data Cloud to support advanced analytics and reporting.
- Provide expert guidance on data modeling, data governance, and data quality best practices within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Document technical designs, configurations, and implementation processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud development and implementation.
- Extensive experience in data integration and data merging strategies.
- Strong proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and performing data joins.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform and related data management tools.
- Excellent understanding of data modeling principles and data governance best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Preference for candidates residing in CST or EST time zones.
