As a Sales Representative , you’ll be the driving force behind new business growth and a trusted advisor to existing customers. You’ll connect with prospects, uncover their needs, and deliver insurance solutions that protect their families and futures — all while reaching (and exceeding) your sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Actively pursue new business opportunities through referrals, community events, warm leads, and outbound sales activities.
Consultative Selling: Educate customers on insurance options that best fit their needs, building long-term relationships rooted in trust.
Cross-Selling & Upselling: Identify opportunities to enhance coverage and maximize value for every client.
Policy Management: Process policy updates, handle payments, and resolve any policy-related inquiries with precision and care.
Customer Advocacy: Play a vital role in helping clients protect their assets, their families, and their financial future.
Active Property & Casualty License (Required)
3–5 years of proven sales experience , ideally in insurance, financial services, or a customer-facing role
Goal-oriented and competitive — thrives on hitting and exceeding sales targets
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A self-starter who’s organized, proactive, and motivated by results
Base salary determined by experience and performance history
Paid time off (PTO)
Monday–Friday schedule
