Sales & Office Representative
Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid - Remote/On-Site)
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

About the Role

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a passion for sales and customer service? We're looking for a Sales & Office Representative to join our dynamic and close-knit team! In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing moving service estimates, coordinating schedules, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

What You'll Do

Engage with Customers - Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate service information and pricing estimates.
Drive Sales - Follow up with potential clients, close sales, and schedule moving services.
Manage Office Operations - Maintain and update customer records, process contracts, invoices, and payments.
Coordinate Logistics - Work with dispatch and operations teams to ensure smooth scheduling and execution of moves.
Deliver Outstanding Service - Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
Support Administrative & Marketing Efforts - Assist with filing, data entry, scheduling, and promotional activities.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position, but hours may be adjusted to part-time during slower seasons.

Typical Schedule: Monday, Wednesday - Saturday (9 AM - 5 PM)
Days Off: Sundays & Tuesdays
Some evening or weekend hours may be required based on business needs.

Experience: Prior experience in sales, customer service, or office administration (moving or logistics industry experience is a plus).
People Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM software, and phone systems.
Highly Organized: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Problem-Solver: Proactive mindset with a customer-focused approach.
Education: High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
