We are expanding in Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia and looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is skilled in lead generation and prospecting. This role is ideal for someone with experience using Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other lead gen tools/ platforms , along with a strong background in IT Solutions and Services, Recruitment and Staffing services lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize lead generation tools such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter etc to identify potential clients.
  • Research and build lists of target companies and decision-makers in Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia .
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and calls .
  • Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Stay updated on HR, recruitment, and staffing trends in the target markets.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation or business development.
  • Experience working with recruitment and staffing companies is a must.
  • Proficiency in Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar prospecting tools .
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
  • Ability to generate and qualify leads effectively.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
